Description 18th century windsor style sqck back chair. Was painted black before I owned it. Has evidence of original green paint. Tag under seat with the name “J.P.Marsh , Hartford, Conn.” and a carving saying 1790. Would like to know the value. Thank you, Robert Arsenault
