Description

I have a copy that says  at the bottom of it:

The facaimile presented is an official electrotype copy which is now in the national archives of william j stones copperplate.  The copy I have was printed thru the courtesy of the national archives w j stone sc. wash.

My grandfather was in WWII and was given this copy.  It is on some sort of parchment or rice paper.

Please advise where I can get this officially appraised or if you have any idea of how much this could be worth.

Thank you
