Crystal and Brass Fan Vase - Czech

This piece measures 12  inches high and the crystal part is about 14 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches high.  There are no markings underneath but there is a small sticker on it saying Czechoslovakia handmade crystal and what looks like initials S.P.M.  It does look like brass on metal since there are some places where you can see the silver. It is in excellent condition with only 1 very tiny chip which is barely noticible. I will be posting this item on ebay to sell.

History
I saw this item at a thrift store and fell in love with it. I didn't buy it. I thought about it for a couple of weeks and kept saying to myself that I should of just bought. I went back to this store a few weeks later and decided to look for it and to my surprise, it was still there. It wasn't in a spot that it couldn't be seen, it was right in front of an aisle in front of the store in plain view. This time I had to buy it because I thought it was just meant for me. I really would like to know its' worth.
