It was given to me as a wedding gift in 1981 by my great-great aunt and it was given to her as a gift.

This looks like pressed glass with some hand cutting possibly on the sides (hard too see really). The floral print is pressed in a mold. Does it have an opalescent finish on it?

Summit Art Glass placed their mark "S" on their pieces, so we are assuming this is Summit.

Summit is no longer in business but other glass companies have purchased their molds. They made a lot of figurines of animals, people as well as kitchen items.

From what I can see for sale online objects of similar size (not yours exactly) they are selling between $15.00- 30.00.
