AI Appraisal

Description I am trying to find out the maker of this decanter. The only markings it has are on the bottom of the stopper; a crown, it says Italy, Silver Plate and then the initials WA, which I am guessing is the designers insignia. I really love the piece, with both the frosted and smooth crystal I just really want to know who it is made by and how much it is worth.
