Crystal Decanter 1

Description

This Crystal Decanter came with a (I assume) tin label that had a chain and was necklaced over it.  The picture will probably tell you more than I can, but it is chipped maybe 3-4 small chips on the body and 2-3 chips on the stopper.

I'm 85% sure its crystal. If you told me it was glass, you would have to be an expert for me to believe you.
Distinguishing marks
There is no mark anywhere on this piece. It was sold with a tin label that had more info, but I have misplaced that label
