Description
This looks handpainted and the picture on each side of the cup is a little different. There is only some light gold wear and I see no chips cracks or crazing. The bottom of the saucer is the same mark but does not have the black it is just indented.

If my old eyes don't deceive me, the design registry mark on your piece indicates the design was registered in 1875, which means it was made 1875-78 (the mark means the design is patented for three years). The cup & saucer are English, these usually sell for $25.00+.
