Description

Inherited from my grandmother.  A marking on bottom but is a yellow blob.  One dancer has finger missing and one petal from flower is broken.  Otherwise in excellent condition.  18 inches high and 13 inches across.  She had it restored once.  A finger was broken and she took to a restorer in Washington, D.C.  That was 40 years ago.  I thought they may have put the yellow blob on the bottom so not to mar the correct marking during the restoration.  It is two pieces.  The top comes off.  My grandmother always referred to it as an epergne.

Pieces like this tend to be either late 19th Century German or Italian, the ones by well known companies are nearly always marked. If there is a mark below the yellow blob, we'd need to see it to determine a value.Piece like this without a marking often go at auction for less than $200.00
