Dandee Collector's Choice Bear

By mikekells50, 14 July, 2022
Description

Dandee Collector's Choice 100th Anniversary Bear.  It is an off-white/cream color.  It has X stitching, one on each ear, two on each arm and 3 on the tummy/torso area.  It has a scarf around it's neck.  The scarf is brown, white and red.  The pads of the arms and feet are a khaki/tan color and they are of a suede-like texture.  I believe the suede is real but I am not sure.  This bear came with a smaller dark brown plush bear as well that it carried on it's left arm.  Also, unfortunately, it is not in the box and it is missing the tag on it's arm that says 100th Anniversary.  I bought the bear new in 2001.  It has never been played with.  It has been kept in storage for the majority of the years since I bought it and and it is in EXCELLENT condition.

History
I did not put an original price because I HONESTLY cannot remember. I also have no clue what this bear is worth now which is part of the reason it may be priced completely wrong. I was hoping to get some advice on here as to what it is actually worth now and I would welcome any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. I bought the bear brand new in 200l. It originally came in a box and included a smaller dark brown plush teddy bear and it had the tag saying 100th Anniversary on it's wrist. It is no longer in the box and the 100th Anniversary tag and the smaller plush bear are missing. This has never been played with. I believe that I lost both the tag and the smaller plush bear in a move. The box was also damaged in that move. This bear has been kept in storage for the majority of the 21 years since I purchased it.
