Dark Sky Blue Kewpie hair receiver approx. 2 inches high and 3" wide with a hole in the top. There are two peices to the hair receiver.

I received this fr an aunt who passed away approximately 15 years ago and at that time she was 99 years ago. I am sure it is authentic I would like to know what the appraisal amount is.
