Declaration of Independence

Description

I just would like to know if anyone knows the value of this. I'm really don't know what to make of it. I'm not sure it is real but I don't know anything about collecting. Found in a house of a collector.

Distinguishing marks
May be stuff on back - but the marking of the original printer, Stone, is not there.
