No clue as to what it is, can someone help me.  Old desk, off white with sage detail, very heavy for its size. paint is coming off. Fold out writing surface

Your "kneehole desk" dates from the 1930's and probably wasn't originally painted when new, the painted ones are a bit of a hard sell because they often need refinishing. We retail comparables with good paint for less than $450.00
