Just trying to find out a little about this furniture. Some background is the family settled from Germany the son passed away at age 70 and this was parents furniture from NY. Haven't seen any makers marks. What age may it be, maker, and possible value. Thanks Jay

Your set dates from the first quarter of the 20th century into the early 1930's, but is based on English georgian furniture made during the 18th Century. It was a very good quality set when first made, but the demand for pieces like this now has been in decline since the 1990's. That said, a set like this in good condition we'd retail for about $1500.00.
