This dining room has one 56 inch round table with 5 10 inch leaves

one server 56" high x 24 deep and 54 long with mirror and round draws

one china cab 61 high x 19 deep x 46 long

 

eight chairs in great shape

Your suite is a early 20th

Your suite is a early 20th century example in the 'Empire Revival ' style, which copies the original Empire pieces made circa 1830. The style is not one that is terribly popular right now. At auction these suites sell for less than a $1500.00.

So you think i spent too much on this set at 2200.00 ?

It is in great shape and not missing anything at all !

I saw a similar dining table with 4 chairs going for 1200.00

So i thought i had a great deal with table,8 chairs, all 5 leaves

as wll as the hutch and server

Larger pieces, and the

Larger pieces, and the Empire Revival pieces in particular are not in vogue right now. Prices will vary across country, but not a great deal.
