White dinner plate rimmed in gold. Top of dinner plate:
Block style gold "N" in center, surrounded by gold scroll
work tipped with fleur de lis. Centered above the N is a gold crown,approx 1/2". Crown contains five seated eages.
Their wings are open, and all wings meet at the top of the
crown. They are topped off by an orb, which is topped with
a small cross.
The reverse side of the plate has a burnt red blocky N
topped with the same cross. Around the N is written
Dore A Sevres. Under the N is a 64. All written in burnt red. Center of reverse side is S.53 is dark green, encircled
also in dark green. There appears to be a set of initials
"B B K" lightly etched into the porcelain. Backside of plate is also rimmed in gold band where the top of plate meets the bottom. (So you would see the gold band if you
were eye level when the plate sits on a table. Plate is in
very good condition. No chips, cracks, cracling.
