After a bit of research, I believe this was made by Wallendorf Factory after 1963. Found it from this site: http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/thuringia/wallendorf_1/00.php Where can I go to appraise this ?

You are correct about the mark but I cannot tell you where you can get it appraised - would love to know myself as I have several Wallendorf figurines with the same mark.
