Re: Dinnig Room Table and Chairs

This set is an example of what's referred to as "Revival style" furniture. Such pieces were based on English Elizabethan, Jacobean and William & Mary furniture, but were made from the turn of the 19th Century into the 1920's.Such pieces were made on both sides of the Atlantic. Value wise this one's better than most, comparable suites sell for under $2000.00 at auction

Re: Dinnig Room Table and Chairs

I appreciate your reply and opinion on the value. It is not for sale but I have had offers in the past. Originally the set included a china closet. I did not have enought room at use it in retirement home. Except for the Jefferson Table Slide I have no idea who manufactured the set.
