Hi,
I shipped a set of:
WDCC DISNEY CLASSICS CINDERELLA & COACH OFF TO THE BALL FROM THE DISNEY MOVIE CINDERELLA
Through an UPS store, and the Carriage piece was damaged but now UPS needs to receive an appraisal only for the carriage to determine the amount owed to me.
I know it seems unlogical and unreasonable to verify the price of a piece when you can only buy a complete set, but here is where I am at.

The item was sold trhough ebay with a mint condition, now the carriage is broken and UPS requested an appraisal of the replacament value of the Carriage only which is the biggest piece on the set.
