Found this item in Long Beach, CA several years ago. Long Beach has a lot of art deco architecture. Had always wanted to use it in my decor because it's so pretty, but never got around to it, and now I am in and out of the country on a job. Would like to see if it has some value and move it along, and if not, it will go to a friend.

It's a very strange height for a mantle, it almost looks like it was made out of a table. At auction it would go for less than $150.00.
