Description OIL PAINTING OF A ST BERNARD DOG. ITS IN FAIR CONDITION, SOME OF THE PAINT HAS COME OFF IN PLACES AND HAS TWO SMALL HOLES. I CAN'T MAKE OUT THE ARTISTS NAME AND HAVE NO IDEA OF AGE. I HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT TWENTY YEARS OR SO. THE CANVAS HAS A MARKING ON IT BUT SOME WORDS ARE HARD TO SEE. IT HAS WINSON ?, QUALITY ? CANVAS, RATHBON? PLACE, LONDON, W.(?-IS FOR WORD OR LETTER THAT CAN'T BE SEEN).
