dragon dinnerware with red mark on back

Description

I have recently received this china and know nothing about it. The only mark of any kind is the red square in photos. There are 6 dinner plates that measure about 10 inches diameter.  The teapot measures about 5 inches high.  I have no idea if these pieces of china are old and new. Should I use them or put them away, I don't know. If anyone knows what the mark is, the pattern, just about anything would help. I would truly appreciate any help, Thank you
