Dresser/Washstand

Description
Hi,
I have this Dresser/Washstand and was wondering if anyone had any insight as to when and where it was made and by who. By the looks of the dovetails it was hand coped.
An interesting thing about it is that the two side tiers slant towards the middle, I would assume to shed water from the two marble surfaces to the center marble surface.
It also has a secret (not any more) drawer at the bottom.
I look forward to any light anyone can shed on this piece.
Also it's value
Thanks,
Ken
