History
My grandfather (now deceased) was a fisherman of The Channel Islands. He found and brought home this piece of Coral to his son(who is my father) in the early 1950's. It was set in a cool place in my father's yard and remained there until he purchased a home in 1970. This is the year I was born and brought home to the same home I now currently reside in for 43 years. The Coral was moved to the new house and placed in the back yard under a cat walk porch where Banana Trees grew in a shaded area. I remember this Coral being in the same place in my parents back yard up until 10 years ago when we built an addition to the house which at that time I moved it into my basement.
