Duncan Phyfe (?) Claw Foot Table

AI Appraisal
Description There are two leafs. This is a fold down style of table. There are some gouges on the top of table & leafs. There were many watermarks but I was able to remove them somewhat. There is just a haze where they were now. One of the claw feet is missing. When leafs are not in use there are small hooks to hold the table together. The table slide is all wood. The leafs are a little more darker/glossier than the rest of the table. It says “do not store in a damp place” on the back side of the leafs. This could seat 10 people comfortably with the leafs.

This one is the same general style as the other one I looked at for you, Eg. "Federal Revival style pieces, modern copies of American tables originally made 1780-1820. Most date from the 1920's through 40's. At auction they sell for about $200.00". As far as I know the company that made this one operated until about 1966. Lovejoy
