AI Appraisal

Description on the back it says that the artist is Sigma and the title is AT DUSK but the authorized signature is K.D. something?? It was from the Collier Art Corporation. and it also has this # on it: 18857-110?? I believe that it is a picture of Venice, Italy? But, I am not sure??
