Description
I have an Eastlake Furniture set of 4 pieces: 1 settee, 2 side chairs, and 1 chair with arms. They are in excellent condition with the except of one chair missing a caster and the settee has a slight crack in the panel. It is not a deep crack, and does not cut through the furniture. The fabric is in very good condition with no rips or tears. There was a box that was on one of the chairs and left an edge imprint in the cushion, but that is all.
Very good condition for being over 100 years old!
