Ed Roos Cedar Chest

By Cheryl M, 26 May, 2019
Description

I have a Cedar Chest Made by Ed Roos Company of Forest Park in Illinois.

The Roos Manufacturing company of Chicago was established by Edward Roos in 1871. His son Otto took over his company, and later his other son Edward (Ed) split from Otto and started his own company in Forest Park in 1918-1951

I would like to know the value of my Cedar chest. I'm thinking it is from the 1920's or 30's. I haven't been able to find a picture of one just like mine.
