Egyptian Revival King Tut Limestone Statue

Description

I bought this from an Egyptian family that had a store they closed in Egypt. It came with 70 other older pieces of revival era Egyptian handmade pieces. This King Tut statue is carved out of a solid slab of Egyptian limestone that was originally 3' 5"  tall X 1' 2" wide  X 1' 2" depth.  This is very heavy handcut stone (not cast)  with old world style polychrome paints. Most likely made not long after the discovery of King Tut's tomb in 1922.
