Description

White porcelain w/gold filigree on outside and each cup has a different pastel glaze on inside.  Corresponding saucer has 1 inch gold filigree ring on outside edge, and the same color glaze as cup in a 3/4" ring inside of the filigree.  Handle is shaped like bamboo.

<p>According to the design registry mark (this is the second diamond mark used from 1868-83) the design of your set was actually registered in 1876, not 1850. The pattern is typical of those found on pieces made from the mid 1870&#39;s those the early 1880&#39;s. I&#39;ve seen comparable cups &amp; saucers sell in the $30.00- $60.00 range each.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lovejoy </p>
