Description
This was a decorative piece in a family member's home for years. Ii looks a bit like a British mailbox but it is made of cherry or mahogany and may have been used on a parlor table as it would not withstand the elements if left outside. It is in fair to good condition-the top is nearly flawless with a warm patina and nice shine, there is missing a bit of trim, and the brass needs to be polished.
