Engraving on resin (?) du cabinet de mr le duc de choiseul..artist Teniers?

Have had this for years and initial appraisal was that it was fake scrimshaw...gave up on further research.  Now I've googled and seen this same work on this site with no value or comments that I could find.  It was in a cheap frame, "matted" with fake velvet paper...now unframed.  Is it worth anything at all?
