envelope from White Star Line, SS Celtic 1909

Description I know the company was a lace manufactory, and I found out that "2nd steward" worked on that ship.  In 1909 the Celtic did hit something and 1600 people were saved. Not much of anything else I found out. Still working on it but would love to find out what it is worth.
