I am hoping for an appraisal of this chair for the moving company that broke it.... :( I have no idea the value it was worth before being broken, so I wanted an estimate to write down on the paperwork. I would really appreciate anyone's help and expertise! Also, I did get an estimate of work to fix it; $100 to fix the broken rocker bottom just for looks and $200 to fix it so it actually could be sat in (replacing the rocker with a newly built one). Is that a reasonable fix price?

P.S. The chair looks like it is off set in the pictures from the front because of where the break was and was not like that before.
