Etching by Roy Purcell Signed by him 49/100 and written Hard Rock Miners

on heavy white paper and framed with a brown border and gold metal frame the rear is just backer board.
Distinguishing marks
His signature, Printed Hard Rock Miners, and Printed 49/100 at bottom of etching the Hard Rock Miners is on the left side and his signature and 49/100 is on the right side.

History
I have had this item and two other items of his a Proof "Hunters Mirage" VI Proof and has a note written on the side For Hal when he doesn't get his buck, and its signed Roy and another one called Canyons of the Colorado and signed Purcell and 16/100 I talked to his studio about five years ago and they were worth around 350 for the one and I cant remember if it was 275 or 375 for the other ones. She told me that they would go up in the future. I do have all three of these for sale.
