This was purchased 6 years ago in Dallas Texas from an Antiques Dealer named Found. They are located in the Dallas Art District.
I have seen similar work by Eugene Marioton which fetched amazing values.

Dimensions: Height 19" , Width 6", Depth 5"
Weight: 15 pounds
Has Signiture and another number which I have no idea what it represents. See photos.
