I think the platter might be flow blue?  It is 17" wide and 14" tall.  It is very pretty and the markings show F. Primavesi & sons, Cardiff, Swansea & Newport Mon.   Kaloin ware Rhine, D, etc...  What exactly is it, year, manufacturer and value.
