The Wall vase is 6 1/2 Inches tall, and 2 1/4 inches wide. At the time this item was used, it was sold by the Chickasha Pharmacy, located in Oklahoma. The pharmacy phone number at the time was 19. It was made by FA SmithMFG CO. INC. in Rochester N.Y.
