Fenton Water Pitcher

Description

I have a light blue Fenton pitcher.  It is small, approximately 6" tall.  Near the top of the pitcher, you can see the light through it.  I believe it was made in a cast, the decoration on the outside appears to be pressed.  The raised pattern on the outside is of water lily's and flowers.

There are no cracks, but a small chip at the base of the handle.  This was handed down to me from my grandmother.

The Fenton on the bottom is part of the pitcher, in raised letters, not a label, and is not legible to the eye.  I laid a piece of paper across and used a pencil to see the letters.   Would anyone be able to help me know when approximately this was made and its value?

Thank you,
