Description
I have a pastel painting of "Fish in a bowl" by Ferol Katherine Sibley Warthen (Also known as Mrs. Lee R. Warthen) dated about 1909 or 1910. I do know the artist was born in 1890 and died in 1986. I have tried to the best of my ability to find out more about her past paintings and what they sold for which was a considerable amount of money.
I do hope someone here can tell me the value of this painting and how much (if I should, insure it for)
