Description
This coffee table was bought by my great-grandfather in the late 60s at an auction in Ft. Lauderdale. Castro sold it to help finance the revolution. The top is marble and reads on the back B Cabal Martinez Marmolista Habana.
I am entirely new to antiques, this is a family heirloom from my Father that just passed. How do I find out more about this table? I have emailed a couple appraisers, but have yet to hear back. What do you guys think?
I can provide more pictures later if it's helpful, it's too heavy for me to move out of storage myself! Thanks for looking :)
