folkart wooden box

By jvmoody, 3 October, 2012
Description

The box is made of wood and has carved folkart type emblems on all sides except the bottom. the dimensions are 12 inches long, 6 inches wide and 6 inches tall. It was given to my parents by an old family friend over 30 years ago and now they gave it to me. The friend told my parents that it was  from a polish prince. I have no way to prove that since the friend has passed away years ago.The interior is plain wood , no lining.wood
