Re: Ford Model T 1910 Japan Pat Car

Your car was not made in 1910, the date simply refers to the type of car, a 1910 Ford Model "T".  The picture of the underside shows what appears to be the bottom of a cigarette lighter lighter, is that what it is?

I know it wasn't made in 1910 :) that was just the only date on there. It is not a cigarette lighter It has a tiny turn knob that attaches to the little engine under the hood that has another turn wheel.... man I need my good camera back !!! AAA !

Re: Ford Model T 1910 Japan Pat Car

There were a slew of these things produced in the 1970's that were fitted with lighter's or radios. Values for them tend to be modest, I haven't seen any of the 1970's Japanese examples that were not decorative lighters or radios that sold for more than about $30.00.
