Fort Wayne Electric Corp'n "Wood" Am-meter - made May 22nd 1894

By DinAZ, 22 January, 2013
Description

This item was patented in 1889 and made May 22nd 1894.  It measures Amperage I believe, as the indictator says 'amperes' above the dial (they also make a volt meter similar).

It has the original stone backing still attached, as I was told they made them custom for clients with either wood or stone backing.  It is in good shape, The dial reads from 05-85.
