History
I researched and found that it is Fraktur a type of german folk art from the 18th century. The artist Francis Portzline was well known for this type of fraktur art. It is in german with watercolor paintings of birds. The item is in poor condition has a amll torn peice from the right side and seems as if it was at one time glued to the back of something so the back of the peice is in bad condition. However it is all legible and framed and still in one peice.
