French Neoclassical Mirror Napoleon III

Description I have this very large mirror that has been in my family for generations, though nobody seems to know from what style or period it comes from. I have always assumed that it was a French Neoclassical Mirror from the Napoleon III era (circa 1860), but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me confirm if this assumption is accurate and have an idea of what would its value in todays's market be.
