Flutes have ceramic protruding roses on each side. There's a dainty drop floral arrangement in the center. A blue insignia marking is on the outside which looks like an upside down crown with five prongs with an 'N' over it. Eight inch wide base and two and a half inch flute extensions.

I think it might be an "N" with a crown over it.
Look up Capodimonte.
