Description This is an oil painting, I believe – it measures 20” x 14” out of the frame - I did not take it out of the frame that is why the measurement is approximate – From what I can make out there is a name in the right corner – I believe it is Mammzice . W ? or close to that – the reason I think it is a French town scene is on the back of the painting there are these words “Utrillo: Fue de Montmartre –
