Gabriel Leveque painting

Hi,

We have this item which we wish to sell and would very much appreciate a valuation to find out if it is worth anything.

As far as we know, this along with quite a few others was bought directly from the artist in Haiti or Dominican Republic in around 1998 by my wife's uncle, a wealthy man, and offered by him to my wife on his return. The painting is unframed, measures 74 x 59 cm or 29" x 23" and is in undamaged original condition. We think it is acrylic, on canvas. Item location is Portugal.
