It is a short note on stationary with the Heading (Supreme Headquarters, ALLIED EXPEDITIONARY FORCE, Office of the Supreme Commander), dated 23 October, 1944, It is thanking her for a birthday card. Signed,Sincerely, Dwight It contained another note to Alida and is signed Dwight D. Eisenhower on stationary with his initials DDE on the paper. Would like more information on such items.
