George Burnham J.r. Silver Gift

Description This is a silver bowl Givin to George Burnham Jr by the citizens of Philadelphia in 1911. On the inside rim it reads "From citizens of Philadelphia in recognition of his civic patriotism" the front is engraved with "George Burnham Jr 1911" on the bottom are stamps c110 and I think it's Caldwell & Co. 925 sterling 1000 Philadelphia.
